Allow me to introduce myselfâ¨
Hi, Iâm Jentry!
Iâm a mom, a wellness advocate, and a huge believer in the idea that movement is medicine.
My perspective on health and aging changed drastically when I entered perimenopause at just 32. It made me rethink everything I thought I knew about wellness. I donât work out to be skinny or lose weightâI work out to stay strong and preserve my body for the long haul. My ultimate goal? To still be strong enough to pick up my great-grandchild when Iâm in my 90s.
Movement isnât about punishment; itâs about nourishment. Itâs a way to honor my body and help it thrive through every stage of life.
Another lesson Iâve learned: hair and skincare arenât just about beautyâtheyâre about health. Hormones, stress, nutrition, and exercise all play a huge role in how we look and feel. Itâs not about chasing perfection; itâs about taking care of yourself from the inside out.
I prioritize protein to fuel my body, and I donât count calories. I eat treats, I have cellulite, and Iâve never been more proud of how I look.
If this resonates with you, follow along! Iâll be sharing my journey, tips on strength training, and realistic wellness advice for women and moms looking to thrive, not just survive. Letâs embrace this season of life with strength and confidence!

In today's fast-paced world, embracing wellness and self-care is essential for all of us. Jentry emphasizes the importance of movement as a form of nourishment rather than punishment. This mindset encourages a healthier relationship with exercise, focusing on how our bodies feel and function instead of adhering to societal standards of beauty. Perimenopause and aging can shift our perspectives on health, prompting us to consider what true strength means. Many women entering this phase may experience changes in energy levels and body composition, making it crucial to adopt realistic and sustainable fitness practices. Strength training is vital, as it helps maintain muscle mass and bone density, who reinforce our bodiesâ capabilities as we age. Nutrition plays a fundamental role in wellness. Jentry advocates for prioritizing protein-rich foods to fuel the body without the burden of calorie-counting. A balanced diet that includes various nutrients can significantly impact our overall health and appearance. Lastly, embracing vulnerability and authenticity in our wellness journey allows for deeper connections with others who share similar experiences. By nurturing our bodies and minds, we create a resilient framework for our future selves, promoting a life well-lived at any age.
