The lounge is well zoned into sofa areas, a bar counter, and high-back individual seats. For introverts: the single high-back chairs are highly recommended—quiet, private, and socially stress-free.

The food selection is diverse, featuring not only Hong Kong specialties but also Indian, Mexican, and Western options.

1️⃣ Hong Kong 🇭🇰 Specialties (available even in the evening):

Steamed Beef Siu Mai was decent but unremarkable; the Lava Custard Bun sadly had no lava moment.

2️⃣ Asian Hot Dishes:

Japanese Pork Cartilage had more bone than meat. Braised Ox Tail with Red Wine Sauce was fall-off-the-bone tender and tasty, but quite rich and salty.

3️⃣ Indian 🇮🇳 Cuisine:

Panneer Makhani with a rich dairy aroma, paired with fluffy, well-separated basmati rice—very satisfying.

4️⃣ Western Options:

Cheesy Ratatouille Macaroni and Herbed Root Vegetables with Quinoa. Likely prepared for vegetarian guests, but honestly, nothing memorable.

5️⃣ Mexican 🇲🇽 Flavors:

Nachos with Guacamole, with optional tomato salsa or sour cream.

6️⃣ Soup 🥣:

Agaricus Blazei, Fish Maw and Chicken Soup (Pork)—no chicken to be found, but there were carrots.

7️⃣ Salads 🥗:

Black Fungus and Cucumber Salad was especially refreshing.

The coleslaw leaned more American in style.

Hydroponic Salad Leaves with organic tomatoes and a fresh fruit salad were also available.

8️⃣ Beverages:

There’s a coffee machine—I went with a cappuccino, which was rich.

Canned drinks are stored in small self-serve fridges, which honestly feels like an introvert lifesaver.

Desserts included Mango Wagashi and Sea Salt Cheesecake, both giving off a restrained, Japanese-style dessert aesthetic.

Seasonal fruit options were limited to oranges and apples.

💬 Quick Rant:

There’s a lot of fried food here—Fried Potato Ball, Plant-Based Spring Rolls, Fried Shrimp Cakes, and Crispy Salted Chicken with Plum Powder. Definitely not friendly for anyone trying to eat healthy.

Polite and attentive, but very “corporate” in feel—efficient to the point of being slightly robotic.

Compared to Centurion Lounges in the U.S., the environment and service are very similar. However, the food selection here is far more localized, highlighting Asian flavors while still maintaining quality and variety—a solid balance overall.

Tips:

If you have extra time, you can visit the Sky Bridge to watch planes take off. However, if you’re aiming for good photos, it’s not ideal at night—the glass reflections are too strong and make it hard to get clean shots.
