What are your goals for 2024?
I have always given myself immense pressure to become the best version of myself every year right at the beginning, and then growing disappointment in myself when my good habits revert back to the old ones.
This year I’m trying to be more mindful of the smaller habit changes I have made without putting so much pressure of perfection on myself and enjoying the process of figuring out what works for me (i know, what a cliche).
