My transparent wellness journey: Skin Care edition

I actually started doing skin care earlier this year and man have I come a longgggg way! I went from not even washing my face everyday for 30 years *cringe* to now using multiple skin care products often (I’m human and skip sometimes)! I have seen the difference it makes using moisturizer alone, however when you have a team, boy does it make you stronger. I’m talking cleanser, toner, serum/eye serum, moisturizer, and the not pictured sunscreen, in that order!

My favorite skin care brands are BYOMA, which is sold at target, and Farmhouse Fresh - farmhousefreshgoods.com

These brands prove to be clean, healthy and has little to no risk to the body (scanned on YUKA app -will explain in another post).

One important thing I learned this year in my self care era is to take time for yourself! Take the 5 minutes to wash your face and apply product in peace! You and your skin will thank you. 💗
