Olive my pickle unboxing
✨ Unboxing & I’m SO excited about this one! ✨
I’m trying out Olive My Pickle, a family-owned fermented foods company based in Jacksonville, FL 🫒🥒 They’ve been crafting traditionally fermented pickles, olives, and veggies since 2010 — using salt-water brine (no vinegar!) so you get real flavor and live probiotics for gut health.
I can’t wait to taste everything 😍 I’ll also be incorporating these fermented snacks and pickles into my meals, snacks, and recipes very soon — so stay tuned for all the ways I use them!

I recently had the chance to unbox Olive My Pickle's offerings, and I must say, the attention to traditional fermentation methods really stood out. Unlike typical pickled products that rely on vinegar, Olive My Pickle uses a salt-water brine fermentation process that preserves live cultures and probiotics, which are essential for supporting digestive health. One of the exciting things I noticed was their variety of unique products like almond-stuffed olives, kimchi, and green beans — all richly fermented and packed with natural probiotics. The jars boast live, raw, and unpasteurized quality, which means you get the full benefits of natural fermentation. I've been incorporating these fermented snacks into my daily meals, particularly as flavorful additions to salads and sandwiches, and even as standalone snacks. From my experience, the tangy, slightly salty flavor profile balanced with the subtle complexity of live cultures made these pickled products irresistibly tasty and beneficial. I'm looking forward to experimenting with some recipes featuring their spicy okra and spirulina-infused items, which not only offer probiotic perks but also add bold nutritional elements like antioxidants. If you’re someone who values gut health and enjoys authentic, naturally fermented foods, giving Olive My Pickle a try could be a great way to diversify your snack options while supporting your digestive wellbeing. Stay tuned for more recipe ideas and creative ways to use these vibrant, probiotic-packed foods in everyday cooking!
