A young woman takes a mirror selfie, holding a phone with a pink case. Text overlays read, 'Budget my paycheck with me!' and 'As an after school program counselor!'. A small star drawing is on the right.

A 'Disclaimer' text overlay is shown over a bowling alley background. A text box explains that the paycheck is small because the person is a recent high school graduate living with parents for free.

A black background displays a bi-weekly paycheck budget. Details include a $671.45 paycheck, $477 savings, $194 for two weeks, and bills like college classes, phone/internet, and household necessities.

My salary as a after school program counselor ✨🌸

To further elaborate I make about $15.80 during the school year, but during summer we do have summer camp where I get paid about a dollar more. A nice perk is that we do get a bonus every now and then. Which is always a nice surprise since we are never told when we are going to get one lol 😂 Most s
