Hairy Attack! Part 2
Hair attack treatment method. Although it is quite a difficult case
As long as I'm doing it as a job, I can't even translate it like that
I hope it helps even a little by watching this!

Hairy Attack Details 👇
Hairy attack is a type of intractable, contagious horseshoe disease in cattle that is characterized by more severe and widespread lesions than Digital Dermatitis (DD, also known as athlete s foot in cattle or strawberry dermatitis).
Symptoms
Cows suffering from hairy attacks often experience strong pain in the lesion and lameness (limping, difficulty walking). The main symptoms are:
Appearance of the lesion: It appears as a light grayish-brown area with tangled and matted hairs on the surface. This may also look like a "strawberry."
Occurrence site: It is mainly found between the hoofs (between the hoofs) near the hoofs, but it may also occur near the front crown (the top of the hoof).
Physiological Effects: Due to severe pain, the cow's feeding and milk yield are significantly reduced, which can also adversely affect breeding.
Cause
Hairy attack is a disease caused by bacterial infection and is partly due to an unsanitary feeding environment.
Main Causative Bacteria: It is thought that anaerobic spirochete bacteria known as Treponema are mainly involved.
Possible Multi-Bacterial Infection: Diverse bacterial populations are present in the lesion, suggesting that it may be a strong multi-bacterial infection.
Environmental factors: Hygienic environmental management such as frequent discharge of manure, drying of cattle beds and aisles, and appropriate ventilation is essential for prevention.
Treatment and Prevention
In the absence of effective preventive and / or therapeutic measures, countermeasures are often difficult.
Treatment:
Generally, after cleaning the affected area, external medicine such as mastitis ointment is applied and bandages are wrapped.
If the lesion is severe, it may be necessary to remove dead skin from the dermis of the hoof, similar to the sole ulcer.
It is being studied that certain chemicals, such as allyl isothiocyanate, may be effective in preventing and treating.
Prevention:
Horseshoes: A hoof tub is installed at the entrance of the barn or paddock, and regular hoof bathing with copper sulfate solution is effective.
Environmental Improvement: It is important to keep the cattle beds and aisles dry and to eliminate mud.
Regular hoofing: Regular hoofing (hoofing) at least twice a year can also help prevent it.
