Sweet Spiny Tail Lobsters 🦞

Ingredients:

Lobster tail

Butter

Minced onion

Minced garlic

Lime juice

Salt

Pepper

Lime

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°

1)Cut the lobster tail down the middle of the shell avoiding the flesh

2)Split tail open, applying pressure underneath tail, while prying open sections on top with thumbs

3)Stuff tail with Butter (compound butter mixture with minced onion, minced garlic, dash of lime juice, salt and pepper.

4)Place Lobster tail in oven at 350° until internal temp is 140°.
