Transforming My Body (PCOS Journey)

I had suddenly gained weight and hit 230lbs in my 20s, why? Doctors said it was: "over eating", "de-conditioning", "stress/anxiety", "hormones", "medications", and "out of shape". I tried every diet and tried exercising but nothing helped it budge. It took one doctor and one test to tell the truth. It wasn't in my head. It wasn't my fault. Turns out I have PCOS, 13 cysts that all release testosterone and cause insulin resistant weight gain that is diet and exercise resistant... why couldn't any other doctor see that? Once I knew the cause, the path to weight loss became easier. Semaglutide and some light gym workouts (just 30min or so a couple times a week), since I have POTS and can't do much, helped tremendously and I am now at 155lbs.
