Roasted Butternut Squash 🎃✨ RECIPE (bookmark this) ½ Butternut squash, peeled and cubed (I used about ½ a butternut squash (2-3 cups cubed)
Olive oil for drizzling
1/2 teaspoon smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon to sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon thyme
Peel and cube your butternut squash. Drizzle over some olive oil (about 1-2 tablespoons) and your seasonings (about at least 1/2 teaspoon each with 1 teaspoon garlic powder but these are loose measurements! Add as much or as little as you desire) then your rosemary and thyme (about 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of each too).
Toss everything over and 400°F/200°C for 30 to 35 minutes (I did closer to 35 minutes), tossing halfway. Remove and let cool. Taste and add more sea salt if desired. Enjoy!

I love butternut squash it can be made anyway and I’ll love it. I even tried to grow it but it doesn’t like southern weather.
