Vagina Health

Vagina health 101

Im 30 Ive learned alot about my body especially in the recent years. One thing that still is a shock to me is the lack of knowledge some of us have about our periods and vaginal hygiene care. We often blame our moms for leaving us in this grey area of women hood to figure out by ourselves but I think they just didnt know as much as we do & did not have the access to knowledge .

. My goal with these post is to helped those who feel lost like I did. Sometimes I didnt even know I wasn't properly taking care of myself until someone showed me how too.

lucikly, I met some of the BEST women. Friends who did not gatekeep and weren't scared to teach a girl a thing or two.

Let me start with these

Tea Tree suppositories - I used to struggle with yeast & PH and these helped clear symptoms & keep me fresh with no issues. I dont do it that often when I do. I just put one in. Wait 20 minutes. Then take a bath or just rinse with water.

Cranberry Pills- I actually saw this posted in a selfcare fb group. It made sense to take and seems easy enough. I've definitely known cranberry to be aid in helping with urinary track infections.

Slippery Elm- 💦 this is crazy. It literally is a herb that lubes up your insides. G.I track. Vocal chords and I guess even providing more moisture for a healthy vagina. This I stumbled upon. Im 8 months postpartum and noticed I was having some light issues with dryness in the bedroom. They say not to take this more then 8 weeks!

Of course always do your own research & do whats best for you.

Example: im not a boric acid girl- i prefer tea tree instead.

Also never be afraid to just get a check up with your doctor💕

Tea Tree suppositories are effective for maintaining pH balance and addressing yeast infections. They work gently to restore vaginal health and freshness. Similarly, cranberry pills help prevent urinary tract infections, a common issue many women experience. Incorporating these remedies can offer relief and enhance self-care routines. Another noteworthy herb is Slippery Elm, known for its moisturizing properties. It can help alleviate dryness, especially postpartum. Women are encouraged to explore these natural options while doing their own research. Slippery elm repairs the mucous lining of the gut and heals a leaky gut 🥰. When correcting the gut, we correct other issues. Okra is amazing for 💦
