So I am new to the water talk thing I usually just drink plain water but lately it’s been making me nauseous#Perimenopause. Among other things, but that’s not too sweet using two packets and how much water do you use? I got the Walmart water talk packet and that is super sweet and I only tried one. I usually use crystal light, but I did get the dull lemonade and I loved it so I saw a Welches one too so I’m gonna try that one out just looking for a different option for when water makes me nauseous. I still drink regular water, but if it’s making me nauseous, I need to flavor it up
