Disney Dreamlight Valley Companion pair!
I’m loving the companion pair I have right now! Lucky from 101 Dalmatians and R2-D2 from Star Wars! #disney dreamlight valley #ddlv #cozygamerecs #cozygames #lemon8gaming
It's so much fun having Lucky and R2-D2 follow me around in Disney Dreamlight Valley! My avatar, rocking her blue pigtails and glasses, usually in a comfy green dress with purple arm warmers and my trusty backpack, loves exploring with them. But you know, having companions is one of my absolute favorite parts of DDLV, and there are so many other amazing ones to discover! If you're wondering how to get your own adorable followers, it's all about befriending the critters you see roaming the different biomes. Each animal has its favorite food, and once you figure that out, it's just a matter of feeding them a few times. For example, those adorable rabbits in Peaceful Meadow? They absolutely love carrots! Feed them enough over a few days, and they'll eventually offer to be your companion. It's so rewarding to see them skip alongside you, adding so much life to the valley. Then there are the more exotic ones. The sea turtles in Dazzle Beach are super cute and surprisingly easy to befriend if you have seaweed on hand. Over in the Glade of Trust, you'll find the majestic crocodiles, who are a bit pickier – they love lobster! And don't forget the foxes in Frosted Heights or the raccoons in Forest of Valor, who have their own preferred treats like raspberries and blueberries respectively. Each biome offers unique companions, adding so much variety to your Valley. I've been working on collecting them all! Beyond the animal companions, some special events or quests might even reward you with unique companions, like the fun 'footstool companion' that pops up from time to time – it just shows how creative DDLV gets with its companion options. I always keep an eye out for any new or notable companions that might pop up, as they often come with special events or updates. Having a comprehensive companion guide is super helpful, so you know exactly what to look for and what to feed them to expand your collection. My advice? Always carry a variety of foods from different biomes in your backpack! And don't get discouraged if an animal doesn't become your companion right away; sometimes it takes a few days of consistent feeding. The best part is that once you unlock them, you can switch between your companions anytime you want from your wardrobe menu. Having a little friend like my Lucky or R2-D2 (or even a whole collection of rabbits, turtles, and crocodiles!) just makes every farming, foraging, or questing adventure feel a little less lonely and a lot more magical. Who are you hoping to add to your DDLV companion collection next?

Whaaat how did u get lucky ? Is it a quest we have to do?
