Pantry/Freezer/Fridge Clean Out

Over the next 30 days (or however long it takes), I plan to use everything that is in my pantry, refrigerator, and freezers. I want the ultimate clean out!

I do plan to purchase things like cheeses, fruits, veggies- and of course formula 🤣

Everyday, I will post what I come up with for supper and the occasional lunches.

Fair warning, the meals will start off "normal," I feel like. But I believe over time I'll be getting pretty creative.

So if you're looking for thrown together dinner ideas and encouragement to clean out and use what you have, follow along here!

It encourages you to use ingredients you might have forgotten about and reduces food waste. Start by taking an inventory of what you have. Categorize items such as grains, canned goods, frozen meats, and vegetables. Then, plan your meals based on what you find. Simple dinners like stir-fries, casseroles, and soups can often be created by combining a few staple items with fresh produce. As you create meals from your pantry, try to incorporate seasonal fruits and vegetables into your dishes for added freshness and flavor. Don't forget to share your progress with friends or family; it’s a great way to stay motivated! Use social media hashtags like #CleanOutTheFridge and #MakingDo to connect with others who are on a similar journey. You may even find inspiration from their posts as well. Remember, creativity in the kitchen can lead to new favorite recipes that are budget-friendly and sustainable. Embrace the challenge, and see what delicious meals await you!
