Today I’m 253 days sober. 🙌🏻

Before we came to Cabo, I was honestly nervous.

This is my first vacation sober in years, and I didn’t know what to expect. But the craziest part? I haven’t been tempted even once. 🙌🏻

Instead, I’ve been drinking the most amazing cold brew coffees, Coca-Cola Light with lime, and the BEST mocktails I’ve ever had. And honestly... I feel SO good. 💛

I’m waking up refreshed, remembering every conversation, laughing with my family and friends,

and being completely present for every single moment. ☀️

If you had told me 253 days ago that I’d be in Cabo, completely sober, genuinely happy, and making memories I’ll actually remember with my daughter,

I don’t know if I would’ve believed you.

Recovery has given me so much more than alcohol ever did. I’m so thankful for how far I’ve come, and I’m reminded every single day that this journey really is one day at a time.

And today, I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. 🤍
