I accomplished my 2024 Resolutions

cheers to 2024 Y’all we made it !!!!!! 🥂

I accomplished my 2024 resolutions without even realizing it but not in the way I had imagined. I ended friendships, ended a relstionship I thought was meant for me, started therapy, then ended therapy because I thought I was “healed”, fell into a deep cycle of isolation and depression, started going to the gym but hated it, found God, lost Him, then found Him again, and

I was stuck in a spiral of putting on a front and acting how I felt people would want me to because I had based my self worth on how others had treated me. I felt worthless, and in the midst of this all I also graduated with my Bachors in Social work, started my first professional job in my career, and bought my first car but I was so blinded and had myself on auto pilot that I didn’t even realize that my prayers had been answered.

it’s a slow process I’m giving myself grace for everything that has happened this year and I hope you do to whether goals didn’t get met, or they did just not how you expected, whether you had wronged someone or vice versa be patient with yourself. We are all humans doing life with one and only chance that we get 🫂

Wishing you all a happy holidays and a wonderful New Year
