Adjusting to time zone changes means scheduling meals and snacks around your circadian rhythm whenever possible. Though meal prepping can be tough on multi-day trips, choosing portable, nutrient-dense snacks like nuts, fruits, and protein bars can prevent impulsive eating. Additionally, incorporating short, manageable workouts—such as bodyweight exercises or stretches in your hotel room or airplane aisle—can boost metabolism and support fat loss without needing a gym.
