For me, this concept of 'merecimiento' (deserving) is deeply linked to intentional self-care and cultivating genuine positive vibes. September often ushers in a subtle change, perhaps a slight crispness in the air, making it a perfect time to hit the reset button and focus on what truly nourishes our minds, bodies, and souls. So, what does it truly mean to 'treat yourself' or 'consentirte' during this transitional period? It doesn't always have to be grand gestures or expensive indulgences. This month, I'm making it a point to 'Bienvenido todo' (welcome everything) that genuinely adds value and joy to my life. It’s a powerful way of affirming that you are worthy of good things, and that your well-being is a priority.
