Things I’ve learned being a SAHM
In my new season of life I’ve had to learn to manage my home along the way, and keeping a tidy home with 2 under 2 is no joke! LOL
I’m still learning how to manage my home better but learning to keep a home Tidy is key for me
✨Midday reset is key to keeping my home tidy so I don’t feel overwhelmed of the toys scattered throughout my home alllll day (I’m just staring at the mess which stresses me more!)
✨”Closing time” is what I call doing dishes and whatever else needs to be picked up and put away at the end of the day. This helps me wake up and have a relaxing morning the next day ☺️
What other tips do you have?

Being a stay-at-home mom (SAHM) comes with its unique set of challenges, especially when it comes to managing a household with young children. Keeping a tidy home with two little ones can sometimes feel overwhelming, but implementing a few strategic habits can significantly ease the burden. One effective strategy for maintaining cleanliness is establishing a routine. For instance, the midday reset is a practice that can transform your home environment. Taking just 10-15 minutes during the day to tidy up can prevent the clutter from becoming unmanageable. This practice not only creates a more inviting space but also helps you avoid the stress of facing a mess at the end of the day. Similarly, creating a 'closing time' routine can have a profound impact on your overall home management. At the end of the day, allocate some time to put things away, do the dishes, and prepare for the next day. This helpful habit ensures you wake up to a clean slate, making mornings less chaotic and more peaceful. Engaging with fellow mothers can also provide you with invaluable tips and tricks for tackling household chores effectively. Joining online communities dedicated to SAHMs can facilitate the exchange of ideas and solutions, helping you to gather useful insights from others who are navigating similar challenges. Finally, remember that it’s okay to embrace vulnerability. Sharing your struggles with maintaining a tidy home can foster connections with others in similar situations and provide emotional support. The journey of managing a household while caring for young children is challenging, but with the right strategies and a supportive community, you can create a comfortable and organized home for your family.

Well done.
