Hi, I’m Jhada!
I’m not a big social media person, I actually get anxiety from it! But let’s start something new, I’m Jhada. A young adult who’s just trying to do/be better than she was the day before.
What to know:
I have IBS and endometriosis.
I love Jesus.
I work out.
I work a full time job.
I’m human - I make mistakes.
The Bible states: “Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are.”
1 Peter 5:9 NLT
Which tells me, there are more out there like me…so, come along with me on this journey of discipline.
Can’t wait to learn with you!🫶🏼
Living with chronic conditions like IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and endometriosis poses unique daily challenges that require not only physical management but also emotional resilience. From personal experience, I’ve found that combining regular exercise with mindful faith practices can be a powerful way to maintain balance amidst these health struggles. The incorporation of workouts, even those involving machines like the HOIST CF-3355 Rigled Leg Press, has helped build strength and improve overall well-being, which is essential for anyone dealing with chronic pain or fatigue. Patience and listening to your body are crucial during this process—progress may be gradual, but every small step counts. Faith can also play a significant role in coping with chronic illnesses; verses like 1 Peter 5:9 remind us that we are not alone in our struggles. Being part of a supportive community of believers who understand similar suffering can provide the emotional encouragement needed on tough days. It’s important to acknowledge that anxiety around social media or public sharing is normal, especially when health and personal challenges are involved. Beginning this journey openly, as this author does, offers hope and connection to others facing similar paths. Learning to embrace imperfections and mistakes humanizes the experience and encourages continuous growth. Overall, balancing work, health, spirituality, and self-care requires discipline but also compassion for oneself. By sharing stories and engaging openly, we foster a supportive environment where individuals can thrive despite adversity.
