ใครกำลังหา “หอยย่างเกาหลี” แบบคุ้มๆ ในโซล เราว่าร้านสไตล์ตักเองจากตู้สดๆ อย่าง Jogaechanggo คือคำตอบเลยค่ะ รอบที่เราไปคือสาขา Wangsimni เดินจากสถานี Wangsimni ทางออก 11 สะดวกมาก (อีกสาขาอยู่ Sinchon โซนวัยรุ่น) ราคาแถวๆ 30,000 วอน/คน และที่ชอบคือไม่จำกัดเวลา เลยค่อยๆ ย่างได้แบบไม่ต้องรีบ ทริคเล็กๆ ถ้าอยากกินให้คุ้มและอร่อยขึ้น 1) เริ่มจากหอยที่อยากที่สุดก่อน: ส่วนตัวเราเน้นหอยเป๋าฮื้อกับหอยนางรม เพราะแค่สองอย่างนี้ก็รู้สึกคุ้มแล้ว หอยเชลล์กับหอยตลับก็ดี เอาไว้สลับรสชาติ 2) ย่างเตาถ่านให้ถูกจังหวะ: หอยนางรมถ้าตัวใหญ่ แนะนำย่างไฟกลางๆ ให้เดือดเบาๆ ก่อนค่อยกิน จะได้หวานและไม่คาว ส่วนหอยเชลล์/หอยเป๋าฮื้ออย่าย่างนานเกินไป เดี๋ยวเหนียว (เราเคยย่างเพลินแล้วแข็งไปเลย) 3) จัดลำดับ “ของหนักท้อง”: ถ้าใครไปกันหลายคน ของที่อิ่มไว้อย่างหมูสามชั้น เนื้อวัว หรือบะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูป แนะนำเก็บไว้ท้ายๆ หรือแชร์กันเล็กน้อยพอ เพราะถ้ากินตั้งแต่แรกจะตัดกำลังการกินหอยเร็วมาก เมนูที่เจอในร้านส่วนใหญ่จะมีทั้งหอยหลากชนิด กุ้ง ปู ปลาหมึก และมีถาดเนื้อหมูสามชั้น-เนื้อวัวให้ย่างด้วย บรรยากาศในร้านค่อนข้างคึกคัก คนเยอะพอสมควร โดยเฉพาะช่วงมื้อเย็น ถ้าไม่อยากรอนานเราแนะนำไปก่อนเวลาพีคสักนิด อีกอย่างที่ช่วยให้ฟินขึ้นคือ “ทำเป็นซุป/หม้อไฟ” ควบคู่กับย่าง (ถ้าสาขานั้นมีอุปกรณ์ให้) เอาหอยตลับหรือหอยเชลล์ไปทำซุปจะได้ความหวานจากทะเล ช่วยตัดเลี่ยนจากปิ้งย่างดีมาก สรุปสำหรับสายหอยย่างเกาหลี: ถ้าอยากได้ร้านที่หอยเยอะ เลือกเองจากตู้สดๆ และราคาไม่แรงในโซล ร้านนี้เป็นตัวเลือกที่คุ้มและสนุกกับการย่างมากค่ะ
