Hey fellow reptile parents! I'm so excited to share my latest tank upgrade for my little crested gecko, Luna. Like many of you, I'm always looking for ways to make her enclosure more enriching and natural-looking, providing plenty of opportunities for climbing and exploration. It's held up perfectly so far, showing no signs of wear and tear, even with Luna's enthusiastic climbing. From my personal perspective, the pros far outweigh any cons. The flexibility means you're not stuck with a rigid piece of decor; you can continually reshape it if you want to change up the tank's look or provide new climbing challenges. It looks incredibly natural, blending seamlessly with other plants and decor. Plus, it's a super safe option as there are no sharp edges or splinters to worry about. The only minor "con" I can think of is that sometimes new ones can have a slight manufacturing smell, but a good rinse and airing out takes care of that quickly. Also, for very small tanks, even the smallest size might feel a bit bulky, so always measure your space!
