Sometimes, I lose track of time simply because I enjoy the sensation of water or the chance to sing without feeling self-conscious! I’ve also found that adding bath bombs or essential oils can make showers feel more like a spa experience, encouraging me to stay longer. However, lengthy showers can increase water usage, so I try to balance relaxation with sustainability. Setting a gentle timer or playing a favorite playlist can help keep track of time without making the experience rushed. Overall, sharing these habits helps us realize we’re not alone in our routines.
