Heita Jingu is located in Yamato-cho, Kumamoto Prefecture, almost in the center of Kyushu ⛩️
It is also called "Hinomiya" and is a mysterious forest that has been handed down as the oldest shrine in Japan.
It all started about 15,000 years ago.
Takeiwatatsu no Mikoto, the grandson of Emperor Jinmu and the god of Mt. Aso, established a currency in the area.
It is said that it started by worshiping the gods who descended from the universe 🌌

Kamuromi no Mikoto
Amenominakanushi no Okami (the god of heaven)
Amaterasu Omikami
