Preparing coffee in advance for the week is a game-changer for busy mornings. Using a Mason jar to store your coffee mix keeps everything fresh and ready to drink, saving you precious time without sacrificing quality. I've found that blending brewed espresso with a bit of instant espresso powder, like Cafe Bustelo, enhances the coffee's depth and flavor, giving a richer taste than just brewed coffee alone. The choice of sweetener also makes a big difference: natural options like agave honey not only add sweetness but also lend a subtle floral note that balances the bitterness of espresso. Whole milk adds creaminess, but you can customize with alternatives like oat or almond milk for a dairy-free version. To make your coffee last all week, keep it tightly sealed in the fridge and give it a gentle shake before pouring. Experiment with different ratios: some prefer a stronger coffee kick with more espresso, while others may enjoy a creamier, milkier blend. Adding ice cubes or freezing some in advance can keep your iced coffee refreshing throughout the day. This coffee prep method is ideal for iced coffee enthusiasts looking for convenience without compromising on flavor, and it can be easily adapted to your taste preferences or dietary needs.
