Today we go to Air Asia base Malaysia. Come on, come and share.
A rough review of the process for friends hunting wings. ✈️✨
1. Submit documents online. 30 video interviews are available.
2.Assessment day walk in: open register 9.00-11 00 AM
3. Measure the arm reach height to 210 cm.
4.Cat walk and declare the skin, look at the arm to the elbow, have nail silk scar, face of the hand, neck.
5.Result announcement (deject 🥺 We do not pass)
Expect the Next Process, if it passes, there will likely be an english test because it secretly sees the room labeled "English Assignment Room" and Final Interview.
Well, we haven't even said anything yet, but they've been eliminated, like they only look at the 1st impression that they fit the airline or not, we got the 30th, but the seat that passed was about 3 people, very few. 😫
But that's okay. Fight, maybe get a call that belongs to us. ✌🏻🪽✈️

สำหรับใครที่อยากสมัครเป็นแอร์โฮสเตสของแอร์เอเชีย การเตรียมตัวเรื่องคุณสมบัติร่างกายเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก อย่างเช่นการวัดส่วนสูงและการเอื้อมมือไปแตะถึง 210 เซนติเมตร ซึ่งเป็นข้อกำหนดที่ต้องผ่าน ตอนเข้าร่วม Assessment Day ควรเตรียมตัวและแต่งกายให้เหมาะสมเพื่อสร้างความประทับใจแรกที่ดี เพราะจากประสบการณ์ตรงที่อยากจะแชร์ให้ฟัง คือการผ่านรอบแรกดูเหมือนจะเป็นการคัดเลือกตามภาพลักษณ์ภายนอกเลย เช่น การดูผิวพรรณ รอยแผลเป็น หรือเล็บมือแข็งแรงสะอาด เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีขั้นตอนที่อาจจะยังไม่เปิดเผยทั้งหมด เช่น การทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษ และสัมภาษณ์รอบสุดท้าย ซึ่งถ้าเราพร้อมและมั่นใจในตัวเอง ก็มีโอกาสสูงที่จะผ่านเข้ารอบถัดไปได้ ไม่ต้องกลัวที่จะโดนคัดออกครั้งแรก เพราะเป็นเรื่องปกติในการแข่งขันสูง การเตรียมตัวให้ดีคือกุญแจสำคัญที่จะช่วยคุณไปถึงฝันของการเป็นแอร์โฮสเตสแอร์เอเชียในฐานมาเลเซียได้แน่นอน สุดท้ายนี้อยากให้ทุกคนที่กำลังสมัครแอร์เตรียมตัวด้วยใจสู้และอย่าหยุดฝัน ใครที่พลาดในรอบนี้ก็ไม่ต้องท้อ แค่ลองทบทวนและปรับปรุงตัวเองให้พร้อมยิ่งขึ้นในโอกาสหน้า ถึงเวลาคุ้มค่าแน่นอน!
