Build your own slider night

INGREDIENTS

1 package of ground beef sliders (12 pack)

Your favorite burger marinade

12 sweet Hawaiian rolls

✨your favorite burger toppings✨

I used: bacon pepperjack cheese tomato pickles lettuce and a couple sauce choices.

1.start by putting your patties in the marinade for a MINIMUM of 1 hour. I also like to pull them out of the fridge about 30 minutes before i start cooking

2. Heat up a skillet or griddle to med-heat (I prefer a griddle) and cook your bacon until your desired crunch level. I used 6 slices

3. Cook your sliders in the bacon grease on the griddle. I cooked them about 4-5 minutes each side. Melt some cheese on top

4.assemble and eat!

... Read moreSliders are a perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal that can be customized with a variety of toppings and flavors. Using a marinade for your ground beef patties not only enhances the taste but also keeps the sliders juicy and flavorful. Allowing the patties to marinate for at least one hour and bringing them to room temperature before cooking helps achieve even cooking and better texture. Cooking sliders in bacon grease, as suggested in this recipe, infuses the meat with rich smoky flavor while providing a delicious crispy bacon topping. Pepperjack cheese adds a subtle spicy note that complements the savory beef and bacon combination. Sweet Hawaiian rolls balance out the saltiness with their soft texture and mild sweetness, making each bite well-rounded. When assembling your sliders, consider adding fresh vegetables such as lettuce, tomato, and pickles to add crunch and freshness. Popular sauces include mayonnaise-based spreads, ketchup, mustard, or even a spicy aioli for extra zest. Using a griddle is advantageous for even heat distribution and allows you to cook multiple sliders simultaneously. For a unique twist, try experimenting with different cheese varieties like cheddar, Swiss, or blue cheese. You can also swap the ground beef for turkey or plant-based patties to cater to various dietary preferences. Pair your sliders with classic sides like fries, coleslaw, or a light salad for a satisfying meal.
