Ingredients:

For the Cheesecake:

4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 🧀

4 large eggs, room temperature 🥚

2/3 cup sour cream 🥄

2/3 cup heavy cream ☁️

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened 🧀

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈

4 cups powdered sugar 🧁

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans. 🎂

For the Red Velvet Cake:
