New Sushi in Walker, La

This place you so cute, I had to take pictures. 🥰📸😋 the food was good too. 😋👍 We were able to split the seaweed salad and order from the lunch menu. 🥗🥢 Pricing was definitely fair. The waitress did have a little bit of trouble understanding me, but all in all, I'd definitely go back. 💯✅😊

It really sets a unique, artsy tone that feels both modern and cozy. I loved the blend of sleek, modern lighting with those charming decorative lanterns and comfortable booth seating. It feels upscale but still super inviting, perfect for a casual lunch or a fun dinner with friends. You can even watch the sushi chefs working their magic behind the sushi bar, which adds to the experience! Now, onto the food! My friend and I started by splitting the vibrant green seaweed salad, which was perfectly crisp and fresh – definitely a must-try. I also noticed other diners enjoying bowls of miso soup, which looked delicious with its visible tofu and seaweed. We ordered a couple of sushi rolls from the lunch menu, and while I didn't catch the names at the time, I believe they might have included popular options like a 'Butterfly Roll' or an 'Angel Roll' based on what I saw.
