Confidence is learnable!

From my experience, building confidence is not something that happens overnight but through consistent effort and self-reflection. In the meeting I hosted, many team members shared that embracing authenticity helped them connect better both personally and professionally. One key takeaway is that confidence doesn't mean being loud or flawless; it means the courage to show up even when doubts creep in. For those struggling with low confidence, small wins matter—it could be speaking up in a meeting or sharing ideas online. Also, being part of a supportive community, like our group of 72 business partners, is invaluable. We encourage one another, celebrate milestones, and learn from setbacks together.
