Confidence is learnable!

We wrapped up the month of October with 72 business partners coming together, welcomed 17 new business owners n I hosted tonight’s meeting.. Sharing with the team what has helped me, not coz I know everything!😊

The topic was one that’s close to my heart, inspired by a book that caught my eye.. n I hope I have delivered value to anyone who needed to hear this, like I did when I picked up the book!☺️

Thank u to all the ‘TokGong’ people who showed up.. I’m thankful to have u all walk this journey with me!🤗

In the meeting I hosted, many team members shared that embracing authenticity helped them connect better both personally and professionally. One key takeaway is that confidence doesn't mean being loud or flawless; it means the courage to show up even when doubts creep in. For those struggling with low confidence, small wins matter—it could be speaking up in a meeting or sharing ideas online. Also, being part of a supportive community, like our group of 72 business partners, is invaluable. We encourage one another, celebrate milestones, and learn from setbacks together. That collective energy boosts motivation and trust. If you’re starting your journey to increase confidence, consider reading books or watching talks that resonate with your experiences. I found inspiration in a book I shared with the team, which reinforced the idea that confidence builds credibility and influence. Remember, confidence is a skill anyone can develop. Focus on authenticity, practice positive self-talk, and surround yourself with people who uplift and believe in you. This approach has hugely impacted my own path from working mum to digital business mentor, and I’m excited to share it with others.
