📖 I enjoyed this book… but it wasn’t perfect

⏳ A modern-day scholar is thrown back in time and captured by a Viking alpha wolf shifter who believes she’s his fated mate. Dark romance, time travel, omegaverse, and intense power dynamics.

The plot and overall concept really pulled me in, and I’d definitely read a sequel if one comes out. That said, the book could benefit from stronger editing. At times it was hard to tell which character’s POV was narrating, and there was also some repetition that pulled me out of the story.

🚨 ***** Spoiler Alert****** 🚨

🚨 ***** Spoiler Alert****** 🚨

The ending does leave off on a cliffhanger, which works only if a sequel follows. Overall, a good story with a lot of potential that could be even stronger with revision.

Would you still recommend a book if the story is good but the editing needs work? 👀📚
