My name is Jocelyn
I wanted to start by saying how grateful I am to feel safe and welcomed enough to post on this platform with the few followers I have I just felt I need to take this chance. I have been spectating for years on this app looking at other people’s posts and I finally decided that regardless if I have similar or interesting content I wanted to post something for me to all of you.
I wish to share my wisdom joy and courage with you all. No matter where you are on your path and in this life I believe good always comes to those patient enough and determined enough to earn what they deserve, as all good things take time as we know.
Some of these photos help me reflect on the person I have become. The first photo is me as a freshman in college I want to say at least three years ago just starting out. I am a huge harry potter fan and therefore I wear my house proudly ✨💛💛
Secondly, when I feel great I post a picture, no matter what I look like I always capture that moment. Growing up I have always struggled with my image and who I am. Never being able to embrace all that I am and feeling stuck and often isolated from everyone but it took me years to understand why that was important to recognize for my growth as a woman. I share my story proudly and loudly, I do not intend to bring others down but truths must be said as some people behaviors and attitudes these days are barely tolerable (yes this is my brain thinking of pride and prejudice) and I’m sure many or all of you can relate to that statement.
For years I was taught nothing I do or say is useful. For years I was taught my looks are maybe all I have, the reason guys wanted me, the reason I got attention at all and to say this quite plainly
~ I have more personality in my pinky finger than those people who deemed me worth less~
So yeah what I say to that is yes
I’m mildly good looking dare I say a blossoming rose (that will poke you with it’s thorns so yeah pretty things are also protected) I love having thorns called boundaries cause some people just touch grab and do no shut their mouths to learn an ounce of respect. Women are not property nor are they to be scorned when convenient for anyone. I learned that sick game and I know the rules they think are okay - point blank period they are not grow up. Just cause a woman openly shows her personality, is goofy and shows a little skin gives you no right to tear her down where she stands.
With that being said I am a future cosplayer in the making. I’d love to hear everyone’s favorite characters (e.g., video games, movies, tv shows). Please feel free to share, I wish to grow as a content creator and influencer and I know I have quite the potential to be a voice for others and myself. A beacon of light and hope. ✨✨🕯️
