In 2024, I pledged to cook more from scratch, and thus began my dabbling in homesteading. I currently live in a neighborhood with little land, so it is unrealistic for be to plan on sourcing my own eggs, dairy, etc. But there are a few things I decided I can do to make my home more self sufficient
