The first of many Soft Serve recipes this Spring & Summer season, prepare to be sick of me 🍦🫶 had to do a little Amalfi coast style boozy soft serve to kick us off, obviously
Limoncello Soft Serve:
1/2 cup whole milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup limoncello
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Tiny pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Splash of almond extract
Mix until smooth, pour into your Creami pint and freeze flat for 24 hours.
Spin on:
✨ Ice Cream mode
Top with:
lemon zest
crushed amaretti cookies
olive oil + flaky salt
white chocolate shell
