Part 1 : where to go other than bangkok?
Places i went before heading to bangkok.
• Elephant World :
— You get to feed the elephant, Get a close up shot & Shower the Elephant | Rating : 9/10 (but do note that it’s very hot. prepare your own sunblock and extra clothing because you’ll get wet while bathing the elephant 🤣)
• Safari Park :
— You will be sitting in a bus and it will tour you around the park where you get to see lots of cute animals. (Yes this is the popular park where you get to take a photo with the giraffe.) not only that, you get to walk around and you will see a section where you can feed the tiger/ leopard and even walk them (ofcourse with someone guiding. i walked a leopard instead, i’m not sure if you’re able to walk to tiger because it’s quite strong to hard to control — there is also a baby black panther) | Rating : 10/10 was a super duper fun experience. and yes same you’ll get very sweaty due to the weather 🤭

Walking a leopard was thrilling, but if you plan to engage with tigers, be prepared as they’re much stronger and require more control. Both places are excellent for animal lovers seeking interactive experiences that differ from crowded city tours. Given the hot weather, it’s important to stay hydrated and wear comfortable clothing. These parks also offer photo opportunities with exotic animals that make for unforgettable memories. Overall, the friendly staff and immersive wildlife experiences make Kanchanaburi a must-visit destination beyond Bangkok.
