PB&J Nutty Energy Bites 🚴‍♂️💪

Ingredients:

· 1 cup rolled oats

· 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

· 1 teaspoon chia seeds

· ½ cup natural peanut butter

· ¼ cup natural grape jam

· ¼ cup chopped pecans

· ¼ cup chopped walnuts

· 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

I added a drizzle of mixed PB&J for the perfect picture!!

Instructions:

· Mix Everything Together:

In a large bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, peanut butter, grape jam, pecans, walnuts, and honey/maple syrup. Stir until well combined.

· Shape into Balls:

Using your hands or a spoon, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about 1-inch in diameter).

· Chill to Set:

Place the energy bites on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

· Grab & Go!

Pack them in a container or snack bag for easy biking fuel or a quick energy boost anytime!
