#chickennuggets #chicken#chicken breasts

Two chicken tenders ,blended into a dough like consistency

Shape into desired size and shape and let ( chill ) in the freezer on parchment paper lined cookie sheet

TWO 1/2 cups of flour separated into TWO bowls -

Bowl 1 :

add 1tsp of each desired seasoning ( I did )

garlic,salt,paprika,pepper

Next you are going to pour plain sparkling topo Chico into your seasoned flour until it makes a thick consistency batter .

Bowl 2 :

this bowl of flour is used to alternate dipping the nugget ( first flour ,then batter, )

make sure the nuggets are coated evenly or you may end up having to spoon batter onto the nuggets and flipping while frying

I used a regular pot I felt was large enough to fit enough nuggets and oil without over flowing

I used Vegetable oil or olive oil and fried them until golden ,using a tong to pull the nuggets out and let them cool on a plate with paper towels to soak up the excess oil .

This is a simple low ingredient recipe my boyfriend and I enjoy. This is the definition of we have McDonalds at home . And they taste so much better ❤️ENJOY.

... Read moreChicken nuggets are a beloved treat, often associated with childhood memories and fast food indulgences. These crispy bites can be easily replicated at home with a few simple ingredients. For those who want to elevate their homemade nuggets, consider using different seasoning blends to customize flavors. Some popular seasonings include onion powder, cayenne pepper, or even Italian herbs for a unique twist. It's important to ensure that the chicken is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Additionally, experimenting with different coatings can add an interesting texture and flavor. Panko breadcrumbs are a great alternative for achieving an extra crunch. For a healthier option, consider baking the nuggets instead of frying them. Bake them in a preheated oven at 425°F for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Pair your chicken nuggets with a variety of dipping sauces, such as honey mustard, barbecue sauce, or ranch dressing, to complement their flavor. This homemade version not only offers a taste of nostalgia but also allows you to use higher quality ingredients, making it a more wholesome choice for yourself and your family. Enjoy this recipe for a fun cooking experience that the whole family will love!
