An Eye Opener
thus far at least.
There have been some things that I've been experiencing since hitting the 30+ mark in age.
I'm not able to workout like I use to. Workout routines I use to do, don't work for me and end up draining me more than energizing me, and other things.
I feel slowwwww! I'm not use to it!
I hunted for a book to teach me a bit about wellness but overall and not in just fitness or exercise tips.
This book caught my eye. Why? I couldn't tell you. After grazing over the book reviews, I passed on it at first, right? Then something kept on in my gut and I went back to this book.
It couldn't hurt to read a few pages and see if it catches my interest.
I'm halfway through this book and it feels like I'm speaking to a doc who's actually listening to me. Weird, ya? It explains things simple enough for me to understand and relates the health issues I'm going through in easy, understandable concepts.
I've changed a few things around because I don't want to flip everything on its head at once. 😅 I've noticed beneficial changes though! My sleep is better, im eating less and my energy is steady vs a typical roller coaster.
Really give this book a shot if you want to change a few or lot of things to aid in your wellness journey!
