This was a second-story gutter cleaning job in the Columbus / OSU Campus.

While rinsing the inside of the gutter, the downspout started filling with water instead of draining properly. That told us the clog was deeper inside the downspout or elbow. The downspout had to be taken apart, then shaken until the trapped debris finally forced its way out with the backed-up w
