I'd say it depends on what you're looking for. If you're open to a provocative, no-nonsense perspective on relationships and are willing to look past the sensational title to grasp the underlying message of self-empowerment, then yes, it offers some incredibly valuable insights. It’s certainly given me a lot to think about regarding self-worth and how I present myself in relationships. It might not be for everyone, but it’s definitely a book that gets you thinking and provides a very unique perspective on dating dynamics.
