Cut Off: A Single Dad Hockey Romance (Beaver County Series)

Just by reading the description of what the book is about i knew that I was going to love Eli, Jonah's son so much and I was so right. The relationship that Jonah trys and accomplishes between him and Eli is so heartwarming and sweet. I love Jonahs first instincts when he finds out about Eli. This book is a roller-coaster of emotions, I was laughing one moment, then wanting to cry the next. I will totally be reading this book again #booktok

What struck me most was how Jonah's natural instincts and heartfelt commitment to his son Eli create a deeply authentic father-son relationship that resonates with many readers. The emotional highs and lows in the story mirror real-life parenting moments, from moments of joy and laughter to times of vulnerability and tears. This book not only explores romance but also presents a beautiful portrayal of fatherhood, especially within the backdrop of a hockey-themed setting that adds a fun and dynamic layer to the narrative. One aspect that particularly stood out was the way the author, Joselyn Serrano, skillfully balances the emotional depth with lighthearted moments, making the story both relatable and engaging. For readers who enjoy family-centric romance novels, this book offers a refreshing perspective on single parenthood, blending sports culture with heartfelt personal growth. It’s a reminder that love and family can flourish even amid life's unexpected challenges. I found myself rooting for Jonah and Eli throughout, and the book’s ability to evoke genuine emotions makes it worth revisiting multiple times. If you enjoy stories that combine romance, family bonds, and sports, 'Cut Off' is a perfect read.
