What makes a father and son moment special isn’t what we’re doing, but that we’re doing it together. On this day, we went to our local park to go on an adventure—hunting for rocks to throw into the lake. It’s not about where we go, but about being present wherever we go.
As I grow as a man, husband, and father, God is teaching me more and more about the importance of being present. It’s so easy to get caught up regretting the past or worrying about the future, but the present moment is truly a gift from God to us. And when I’m faithful to make the most of this present, God works out the rest.
A sincere thank you to everyone who has been with me on this journey of growing as a man of God and as a family man. I hope in the coming days and months to better serve and connect with all of you. I don’t take you for granted.
