No todos deberían de ser bienvenidos a nuestras vidas
In life, it’s essential to understand that not everyone deserves a spot in our inner circle. From personal experience, I’ve learned that some people may initially seem harmless or even loving—like Judas in the analogy, who smiled, hugged, and kissed as if nothing was wrong—yet their true impact can be deeply harmful. This contrasts with someone like Pedro, whose explosive nature was apparent but posed no real danger to my well-being. Through several relationships and friendships, I realized that embracing self-worth and setting healthy boundaries is crucial. It’s not about closing off to others but about protecting your emotional health by identifying those who genuinely support and uplift you versus those who may cause hidden harm. Practicing self-love (#amorpropio) means valuing yourself enough to say no to relationships that drain your energy or compromise your happiness. It involves recognizing red flags early on and trusting your intuition when something doesn’t feel right. This journey of self-awareness (#valorate) helps us create a safer emotional environment, enabling us to grow and thrive. Ultimately, welcoming only those who respect and cherish us allows for stronger connections and a happier life. It’s empowering to realize that we have control over who we invite into our hearts and our daily lives. Learning from both the overtly harmful and deceptively dangerous people in our past can guide us toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships in the future.
