Rebel Ridge is good!
It's the most Gabrus-core film I've seen in a while. Liman and co. keep thinking they are making 80's style action movies, but they don't really replicate the slow pacing and reservations of First Blood, etc. which this does. It holds so much back, coils itself and then pays off so well in every fist bump, bad ass line and, yes, eventually, act of violence.
