All this water to drink
Honest review: drinking a gallon a day is absolute trash 🙄 But…71 days to go.
Hoping it’ll do me some good 😏
Drinking a gallon of water daily can be a daunting task, but it has gained immense popularity for its potential health benefits. Hydration plays a key role in maintaining bodily functions and can improve energy levels, aid digestion, and even boost skin health. As I embark on this 71-day challenge, I am keenly aware of the effort required to hit my daily targets of 752 calories burned by exercise and reaching at least 10,000 steps each day. Keeping track of my workouts, including strength training and outdoor runs, helps stay motivated. Moreover, maintaining proper hydration is crucial while following a balanced diet, minimizing alcohol consumption, and resisting temptations like cheat meals. It's essential to note that while drinking a gallon of water each day may provide benefits, it's also important to listen to your body and adjust intake based on your individual needs. Monitoring energy levels and ensuring the body isn't overloaded are vital for progression. Ultimately, this challenge is not just about quantity but about finding a sustainable hydration routine that supports overall health and wellness.

The peeing can be attributed to your body not absorbing the nutrients from the water, especially if you’re drinking mostly purified water. I recommend adding electrolytes, whether that is liquid IV, lemon slices, or even a pinch of salt to your water helps a tonnn. If you don’t do this, it can be more harm than good
