Maybe we’ve focused too much on what to eliminate, rather than what to nourish.
The garden has taught me that God designed nature with balance in mind.
A thriving garden doesn’t require every other living thing to be annihilated. It needs healthy soil and sufficient nutrients to support resilience.
Our bodies are much the same.
Many organisms, such as fungi, can exist peacefully within our bodies, just as they do in a healthy garden.
Their presence isn’t necessarily the problem. The problem begins when balance is lost.
So, how do we steward a terrain that’s more resilient to environmental toxins and pathogens?
Not through quick fixes, but through the small choices we make each day.
Our lifestyle.
Stewarding the Terrain God Designed
* Nervous System Regulation (faith, processing emotions, breath work, etc.)
* Nutrient-Dense Whole Foods ( diverse sources of protein, fiber, & fat)
* Movement
* Restful Sleep
* Sunlight
* Grounding
* Meaningful Community
* Appropriate Supplementation (when needed)
Healing isn’t about chasing perfection.
It’s about faithfully stewarding the incredible body God designed.
We can trust that He created it with wisdom and an incredible capacity to heal as we faithfully care for it.
✨ May we never lose our wonder.
