If you're considering a 3D2N staycation at Sentosa, Village Hotel Sentosa offers a perfect balance of comfort and scenic beauty. The family room I stayed in was spacious, consisting of two connecting rooms that comfortably slept four, making it ideal for families or groups. One of the highlights was the top-level room located on the 7th floor with a direct view of both the pool and the sea. In the evenings, we were lucky to catch fireworks from the Wings of Time show right from our window, adding a magical touch to the experience. The hotel features several pools that are great for leisurely dips and some light pool play, though they're not very deep, which is great if you're traveling with kids. For fitness enthusiasts like myself, the 24-hour gym allowed me to keep up with my routine during early mornings and in-between activities. Sentosa itself is a treasure trove of experiences. We spent our first day at Palawan Beach, enjoying the laid-back vibe and visiting nearby eateries and shops. The next day included a relaxing buffet breakfast, scenic walks around colonial-style buildings, and some refreshing swimming time at the pool. A tea break at a French bistro and a nature walk along Imbiah Trail gave us a good mix of indulgence and nature. On the last day, after a morning gym session and breakfast, we spent quiet moments soaking in the views before checking out. If you love visual and sensory experiences, the Sensoryscape exhibit at Sentosa is a must-visit, offering a unique light and sensory journey. For those wanting a staycation that combines relaxation, beautiful views, great facilities, and easy access to Sentosa's attractions, Village Hotel is a fantastic choice. Planning your itinerary around Palawan Beach, Tanjong Beach for some grounding, and local dining spots can make your staycation truly memorable.
