Opened this year 2025 for just a few months. Located in
No. 1001 Shennan East Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Just 5mins walk from the back door walking past 711 you get to the neighbourhood where there are small eateries , supermarket and many cafes. Got the 2 bedroom unit that could accomodate up to 4 person with 2 toilets and a living room and window which you can see sunrise. There is a gym too, the hotel staff are friendly. The only issue is the entry walkway into the hotel is quite deep inside so a few didi drivers don't seemed to be able to locate it. Also when coming back you need to ask the didi driver to drive in if not they will stop at the entry point and tell you you have reached. The 2-bedroom apartment we booked was bright and airy, featuring large windows perfect for catching the sunrise and spacious living areas. This made it ideal for our group of four, giving each person their own space without feeling cramped. One tip to keep in mind is about transportation: the hotel entrance is tucked away a bit from the main road, so it can be tricky for taxi or ride-hailing drivers to find at first. We had to guide our drivers to drive inside the entryway rather than stopping at the main door to avoid any confusion when coming back. Once you know this, getting to and from the hotel becomes hassle-free. Additionally, the location is a hidden gem — just a short 5-minute walk away, there’s a friendly neighborhood with small local eateries, a supermarket, and cozy cafes that are perfect for exploring authentic Shenzhen flavors. The gym on-site is well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with fitness routines even when traveling. Overall, Modena by Fraser Shenzhen offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and a local touch. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it provides a welcoming and practical base in the bustling Luohu District.
