Amazing korean food along Neil Road

This unassuming korean restaurant is a hidden gem along Neil road just opposite Maxwell Mrt away from the usual stretch of korean restaurants along Tanjong pagar road. The ginseng chicken was thick and flavourful abit nutty and the chicken meat was served seperately. There were so many different types of korean pancake to choose from. The cold noodle was sour and appetising. The seafood noodle broth was rich and flavourful.

/예약 YeYak Korean Bar & Restaurant

6/3 Edited to

... Read moreHaving visited YeYak Korean Bar & Restaurant myself, I can attest to the delightful variety and authentic flavors they offer. One standout dish was their old style fried chicken, available in several distinct sauces such as Yeyak sauce no.20 and the sweet and spicy Chicken no.71. Each sauce brings a unique taste experience, from tangy to perfectly balanced spicy notes, enhancing the crispy chicken. The restaurant's approach to serving the ginseng chicken with the meat separately is quite thoughtful, allowing for a richer, concentrated broth that’s both nutty and deeply comforting. Moreover, the array of Korean pancakes (jeon) available was impressive — ranging from classic seafood to savory vegetable options, each crispy on the outside and tender inside, ideal for sharing. The cold noodles offer a refreshing contrast, with a sour and appetizing kick perfect for Singapore’s tropical climate. Their seafood noodle broth, which is rich and flavorful, stood out as a comforting dish ideal for a satisfying meal. Located opposite Maxwell MRT, YeYak is a convenient spot for locals and visitors looking to experience more authentic Korean dishes away from the usual Tanjong Pagar stretch. The cozy and inviting ambiance makes it a great place for casual dining or small group gatherings. If you enjoy Korean cuisine rich in tradition and flavor, this hidden find on Neil Road is definitely worth a visit.

Girls, this spot is dangerous for your wallet 😭
I think I just found my new shopping obsession. 📍 With Love just opened a 3-storey store at Neil Road, and honestly, you could get lost in here for hours (in a good way). What I love is that it’s not your usual mall mix - it’s filled with independent brands from Singapore, Sydney, Ho Chi Minh
