I love to start my weekend on a high and I like to make sure that my weekend starts with these healthy habits.

Weekend habits can help you recharge and set the stage for a productive week ahead. Here are some ideas:

1. Reflect on the Past Week

• Assess achievements and challenges: Take 10–15 minutes to review what went well and what could improve.

• Journal: Write down lessons learned or areas to focus on for the coming week.

2. Plan the Week Ahead

• Set priorities: Identify your top 3–5 goals for the week.

• Schedule tasks: Use a planner or digital calendar to block out time for work, exercise, and personal activities.

• Meal planning: Decide on meals for the week and create a grocery list.

3. Declutter and Organize

• Tidy up your space: A clean home or workspace reduces stress and boosts focus.

• Prepare your wardrobe: Pick outfits for the week to save time during busy mornings.

4. Rest and Recharge
